Incredible sales and service excellence!

Danea did an incredible job helping us sell our mother’s home after she had to very suddenly be moved into a long-term care facility. The housing market was relatively slow at the time, and the house we were trying to sell had a somewhat challenging location and price range that made our chances of attracting potential buyers somewhat limited. On top of that, we really didn’t have the time or energy to make the house as presentable as we would have liked due to an ongoing estate sale that took longer to finish than we had expected. Danea managed to help us every step of the way even as to go as far as finding estate sale and cleaning services for us! On top of that, Danea also went to the house herself and did a lot of finishing touches herself that helped to bring us top dollar! We had never sold a house before, and after interviewing several real estate agents, we easily decided on Danea. Her positive attitude and warm personality made it a very simple choice. We couldn’t have been more pleased! In fact, we used Danea again to sell our own house a year later! She even helped us to find our new home!
