Christina and her team were incredible in helping us sell my mother's home - and not just sell - but deal with the removal and emptying of the house, engaging junk removal, house cleaning, even sprinkler pump people to help work the final sale. She - personally - did most of this, and engaged us in text messages and phone calls - WAY BEYOND what I'd expect of a realtor. Too often they make the sale but are but .. NOT Christina. She became a friend and someone whom we trusted with many many of the details of exiting a home and making the process endurable. My sister had lived in the home with mom for over 10 years, and we found many issues which mom had secretly hidden or ignore over 50 years previous. Sister, especially, involved Christina with many many questions which she dealt with confidently - helping us both relax and work through details and time crunch before closing. This was cash sale - which nevertheless had other complications - especially dealing with buyer's agent and attorney.
