Paulette is AMAZING!!! During this process she was very patient with me and my craziness.. 😁.. yep, I'm a first time home buyer. I have a very busy work schedule didn't have time for a lot of the meetings or either everything had to be done in the late evening hours. She stood in my place to get some things done with the inspectors, she was on top of everything with the contractors while they were building the house. There was and still is so much I didn't/don't know so I was a handful. Did I mention that I'm a first timer? 🤣 I called her at various times even some late nights and she was always available, she really gave me the sense of comfort that I needed.. She did her own "pop-up" visits to check the process of the house, as well as meeting us at the house to see if I was ok with the process and guiding me step by step on what was next and what to expect. Sweet, Sassy, Honest, and determined to finish with perfection. I have officially adopted her into my family (if she didn't know, now she does) Thanks to her, we are 8 months into our new construction FOREVER home!!
