I’ve done business with four RE Agents in the past but in my opinion Chris Toomey, Keller Williams is by far the most professional Broker/Agent I’ve had the opportunity to do business with . His services, staff are unique and simply awesome. Chris is always available, professional, he stays on top of every detail and keeps his clients in the loop each and every step . Chris Toomey gets the job done !

Mr Chris Toomey returned all calls throughout the whole process from beginning to end of sale. There was great communication and so professional. Keller Williams gives the best amazing service available! Former client, Phil Mezzina

Chris Toomey is not just a real estate agent! He completely understands the challenges that both buyer and seller are facing in a real estate transaction and is there for you and to support you. I traveled a lot recently and had minimal time to complete a condo application. Wouldn't you know my technology wasn't working properly with little time left until the deadline. Chris was there for me in a heartbeat. We managed to put our technology together over the phone and completed the application on time. I also liked how Chris aggressively lined up several opened houses and marketed the property. He always attracted a full house of perspective and interested buyers! There was never a moment of wasted time with Chris! He was always there working with me and his colleagues as a team! I was very impressed! If you need an agent, hire Chris!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Chris Toomey was by far the best agent I have ever used! He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Ft Lauderdale real estate. Not just neighborhoods, but I was amazed how much he knows about landscaping, building code, plumbing, roofing, water, electrical ... The list goes on. He knows this business inside and out. But, the best part of my experience with Chris was, that he is constantly going to battle to get you the best price, the best conditions, the best outcome you can possibly have. He is always always in your corner working for you. I was incredibly satisfied with his ability to get every possible advantage for me, right up until closing. I highly recommend the Toomey group. I have used many real estate agents in several states, and this was BY FAR the best I have ever seen. Look no further.

Craig Eicher was patient and kind during the process and was very determined to make sure I was informed regarding all of my options as a seller. I would not hesitate to use the Toomey Group again for my real estate transactions. Thank you for your knowledge and professionalism.

Zachary Maxwell was professional and went the extra mile during our entire sales process. From searching for the perfect condo to closing we couldn’t be happier with his expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chris Toomey and his team exceeded all our expectations as our listing agent. Their dedication, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire selling process. Chris's strategic approach and market knowledge helped us navigate the complexities of real estate, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. His team's professionalism and communication were exceptional, providing us with confidence and peace of mind. We highly recommend Chris Toomey and his team for anyone looking for a top-notch listing agent. Thanks Chris!

We were coming from up north and didn't really know the local area very well. We met our agent Craig Eicher at a random open house we were going to. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we could see he had a level of professionalism that led us to choose him as our main agent. We never felt any pressure to buy and Craig and the team at Toomey were very supportive over months of us looking at different places. The entire team is very responsive and super helpful. We received A++ service and they even helped to align us with everything we would need for the closing as well as suggestions for future needs for the house. The Owner Chris Toomey was very helpful and supportive as well as Maria Romero in the office who helped manage the closing and really knows all the details of closing procedures and documents and answered all of our questions. The vast knowledge of this team and their experience really is outstanding! I can without hesitation, highly recommend everyone from the team. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Working with Craig made it so easy to sale our house in a tough market. The Toomey Group got what I wanted for my childhood home and held my hand through the emotion of selling my home. I highly reccomend them as a real estate company that takes care of everything for you. Craig Eicher is amazing communicating and working your deal.

Chris Toomey was an exceptional realtor throughout the sale of my Florida vacation home. His professionalism and patience stood out, as he navigated the process smoothly and efficiently. Chris was exceptionally responsive, addressing any concerns quickly and ensuring a timely sale. His expertise and dedication made a typically stressful experience feel seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled real estate professional.

First off, I live in NCarolina and sold a property in Jupiter, FL. From the start of signing with The Toomey Group at Keller Williams Realty; I knew this Team was my real estate firm (can, I say "Excellent!!"). They provided an in depth analysis of the market area and recent comps; and explained everything so well without strong sales tactics or intimidation (which is important to me). I did not want a Real Estate Firm that came across like a used car salesman. They were professional and organized with great communications throughout the process. Additionally, they provided superb attention to detail and was always willing to go the extra mile (and they literally did more than once) until the final transaction was complete. My agent was Craig Eicher and he is so awesome to work with especially for my 'high strung' personality type (he is very professional and calming; with top-notch integrity). Yes, there were other awesome Team members behind the scenes assisting with the sale of the condo and I'm so grateful for them too. If ever in the market again, Chris Toomey and Team at Keller William Realty will have my business again and again. Highly recommend!!!
