I highly recommend Chris Toomey if you are considering selling or purchasing a home! He made the whole process of selling our home stress free and positive! He was always honest and open and answered questions whenever we had them! He explained everything and made the process simple and easy.

Above & Beyond We chose Chris Toomey to sell our house because we knew he had been very successful for years in our neighborhood, Poinsettia Heights. He gave us great advice and feedback. Communication was excellent. We had dogs and a baby and Chris was wonderful working around our needs. We had to leave for a job in another state and Chris was so supportive and helpful with things that needed to be handled when we were gone. We really felt like he was a partner in our endeavor to sell the house and not just someone who was making money off of us. I unreservedly recommend Chris to one and all!!!!!

My husband and I knew from the very first phone call with Chris that we had found the perfect realtor to help us find our dream condo on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. We were not sure what area we wanted to live in but Chris took us to all the various locations and over a period of four months or so, we were able to make an informed decision with his help. Chris was quick to answer all of our questions (even the dumb ones) and referred us to the various other entities that we needed to buy our home -insurance, mortgage company. We highly recommend Chris if you are looking for a home or selling a home. He is a true professional and a joy to work with.

Chris is the ultimate professional in every aspect. This is a difficult market yet Chris continued to work with us to find our perfect new home.

Very relaxed and no pressure and believed in him and his knowledge of this bussness.

This was my third transaction with Chris As usual the deal went through problem- free I recommend him highly

Chris was absolutely amazing through the entire sales process! He was always accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and went smoothly for us. He's the most patient and loving human!!

We have done many real estate transactions over the past 30 years in Boston, Cape Cod and Florida. In the last five years we have done 9 and Chris has handled 3 of them in Florida. There is simply no agent we have worked with anywhere who is more attentive, proactive, creative, honest and thoughtful. He always returns calls and texts very promptly. Nothing ever slips by and he always has a solution for any issues that arise. He truly cares about his clients and their experience and does everything he can -- and sometimes more -- to make it smooth and successful.

Excellent Real Estate Professional and astute salesperson. Chris took our listing and made a recommendation to list it 100 k above our purchase price a year earlier. He shows our home more than a dozen times in 3 weeks and had a qualified offer in three weeks.
