With over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, Janet is able to assist her clients in all aspects of buying and selling by first determining wants and needs, and then finding the best ways to achieve them. Growing up in Warrenton, Georgia, she understands the importance of family-friendly neighborhoods that offer the unique mix that each client wants. Janet has lived in the Augusta/Evans area since 1993. Since then, she has rented, purchased and sold personal homes, and understands first-hand the emotions involved in each type of transaction. Because of this, her goal is to help her clients experience a seamless journey through either the buying or selling process. And, to make it fun! Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Augusta College, is a mom and a grandmom, loves (almost) all animals, the Carolina Shag, antiques, reading, going to movies and more. But her favorite thing to do is spend time with her two granddaughters. Janet is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina.
