We got lucky with Rob.

After visiting friends in Florida during the spring of 2018, my husband and I decided to explore the idea of looking for a winter home on the Gulf side of Florida between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Honestly, I was clueless to the process of doing so! All I knew was that Wisconsin winters were getting tough and I wanted a place to escape from them for a few months each year. After signing up online to look at a home in the area, I received quite a few calls from real estate firms offering their services. Luckily for me, the first call came from a wonderful lady at Hunt Brothers. She was so helpful and not the least bit “pushy!” I told her we were just beginning the process and could use good counsel on either buying an existing home or, more likely, building a new one. She connected me with Rob and I am so glad she did. From the first phone call with Rob, I thought (maybe knew) he would be our guy and, more importantly, that my husband would think the same way. I was right! From our initial meeting to the completion of our project, Rob was the best. He went above and beyond what I believed a realtor could do, let alone would do. He not only found us a vacant lot on the water but also recommended an excellent builder! Furthermore, he stayed on the project until the very end of March 2021. When people ask how did you do all this, I always say that, if we hadn't found Rob, we never would have built! I truly believe that! His knowledge, patience, character, work ethic, and overall class made Rob a complete delight for us to work with and the best partner we could have imagined! I could not recommend Rob more highly to anyone interested in buying or building along the Gulf coast. With gratitude, Carla Z
