Tara was honestly great in a very untraditional type of sale. My husband and I sold our house as part of a corporate relocation program. Essentially what that means, is our agency hired a third party company to help us sell our home prior to us moving to a new state. It was supposed to be a simple process, it wasn’t but Tara was amazing. Not only did she stick with us through countless set backs, but so did our buyer. I can’t begin to express how many times we had to ask Tara for help dealing with the third party agency hired to "help us." She never failed us. She was always super responsive even at odd hours. Tara stuck with us over the several years it took for us to find our forever home. The realtor obtained the listing then relied on social media and other realtors to show and sell the property. We expected more personal attention and involvement in the selling and final negotiations process. Some questions went unanswered or were treated as trivial. The day before closing, keys to the property were left in the empty home and one given to seller's realtor without asking our permission. The listing and closing documents were handled efficiently.
