March 21st, 2023 5:29pm Dear Tom & Patty; First, I would like to apologize for my delay in sending you our sincere thanks for all that you have done to assist George and I, in the selling our home in Vermilion, Ohio. The situation that we found ourselves into, post hurricane Ian, kept us very busy here in Florida, under primitive conditions. We cannot begin to express to you, how much we appreciate what you have done for us. Even during our absence from Ohio, and having to deal with different phases/research and coordination with various agencies, we are very grateful for having worked with both of you.
