Bill was knowledgeable and professional in the sale of our parents' home. He was always available to answer questions or would call back within 5 minutes if not. He had our best interest in mind and kept us informed every step of the way. Bill was well versed in dealing with other real estate agents when there were issues with them when showing the house. The closing process was easy, and notary even came to the house to process the paperwork.

Bill is a great guy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the marketing of real estate. After an offer was made, he kept us informed every step of the way. Was always willing to help us if we needed assistance on any of the procedures. If he didn't answer our phone calls immediately, he would phone back very soon.
