Stacey helped us purchase the house we are now renovating and also helped us sell the house we were living in. Stacey is very knowledgable and responsive to telephone calls and texts with our questions and concerns. Hire Stacey Silva and you will not be disappointed!
Brooke and I HIGHLY recommend Stacey Silva! Her knowledge and experience took the stress out of selling our home. She guided us through the whole process and was available whenever we needed her. THANK YOU
Stacey not only helped sell our home, but she also helped us on the purchase of our new home at the same time. She was knowledgeable and always responded to our texts, calls or emails in a timely fashion! I would definitely recommend Stacey to anyone looking to buy or sell!
We just sold our house after it was listed less than 6 weeks thanks to Neriah Davis and here hard work. Everything went smoothly and couldn’t be happier! I definitely recommend Neriah and REMAX Realty in Murphys 👍
Stacey’s experience, professionalism and breadth of knowledge served us well when listing our house. Her negotiating skills and relationships with fellow realtors made the sale go quickly and successfully.
Neriah is wonderful to work with. She always kept us up to date with any new showings or updates in the selling process. She was helpful, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!!
Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. We found her online based on reviews because we couldn't find anyone to help us with raw land. She not only called us back but took us out to many properties. We used her for a purchase and were so happy we used her shortly after for a sale! We've trust her completely and will use her again!
Throughout the transaction, Neriah was very responsive to questions and expertly handled negotiations and requests as they came up. Would highly recommend Neriah for home purchases and listings to friends and family.
This was our second home Stacey sold for us. This time we had to sell quickly as we were moving to Tennessee. My husband's new company provided a relocation package so Stacy had to work with the company, extra forms, providing all kinds of data to prove her experience and expertise over past 20 year career. She did that for us and we are so appreciative! Put our home on the market and had it sold in 4 days with back up offers. She helped us to find this home 7 years ago and helped our move to Tennessee go quickly! If you are buying or selling, Stacy works with you, no matter the budget, no matter the circumstances! She's straight forward and honest, I cant praise her enough! Thank you so much for working with us Stacey! I know it was a unique situation and stressful! Getting our home sold quickly and for the right price allowed us to purchase a beautiful property in West TN.
Stacey has a good knowledge of property values and all aspects of real estate in the area. She is professional, thorough, and has her client’s best interest in mind. It was a pleasure working with Stacey on the sale of our home.
Stacey helped us buy our house a decade ago, and then recently sell it. She has worked in the community for many years and is very knowledgeable. We felt well informed and supported during the whole process
Stacey and her team were great to work with. They handled every step of the process professionally and efficiently. Stacey helped us on a couple of transactions, and represents her clients interests well.
