Felt like we had very limited time during any interaction. Seemed more interested in using her handymen for upgrades or flooring. Would tell us she was checking comps or getting us additional information but might not hear back or would take days. Michaela was absolutely amazing taking care of each of our two listings . Like everyone, hoping to cut cost, I listed my home for sale by owner. I had met Kimber and numerous others yet decided not to list with anyone. Fast forward a few months into my FSBO drama, i called Kimber (trust me when i say I'm a grown woman yet i called her literally crying) asking her to take my listing and for advice on the contractual mess i had gotten myself into.
