We are a military family getting ready to PCS to our next duty station. As we were only in our home for a little over two years, we decided to list FSBO to hopefully save a little money. Throughout the closing process, she has always been available (day or night) to answer questions, recommend reasonably-priced and and quality professionals for inspections and generally assist with anything we needed. It has been a pleasure to work with Kimber, and I know that she genuinely cares about her clients (not just the bottom line). I would definitely work with Kimber in the future and would recommend her to anyone in the house buying/selling process.
