We recently sold our home with Shelley Stone, and it was honestly one of the smoothest real estate experiences we've had. From the very first conversation, she listened — really listened — to what we wanted and built a strategy and action plan around it, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Every step had a purpose. Her attention to detail was next-level. Nothing fell through the cracks, and we always knew exactly where things stood. What stood out most was how data-driven she is — every pricing decision and recommendation came with real numbers and market context behind it, not just a gut feeling. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. She's also genuinely sharp when it comes to marketing, using social media and modern tools in a way that clearly got our listing in front of the right people, not just a sign in the yard and a prayer. Above all, Shelley is a true professional — direct, no fluff, no sugarcoating, just honest, straightforward communication the whole way through. Her responsiveness was excellent too; we never felt like we were chasing her for updates. If you're looking for someone who listens, plans ahead, and executes with real professionalism, we'd recommend Shelley without hesitation.
