We first met Sarah at a Model Home one day when my wife and I decided to just go look at houses just for fun (not really interested in buying a house anytime soon). We had been doing this for years just as leisure time to spend together. During all these years, we met many many realtors. Well, we immediately felt Sarah was different than any other ones we had met. She was very kind and sweet. Not pushy at all! Even though we told her we were just looking at houses for fun because we had just purchased ours ten years ago and we weren't really interested in buying one any time soon, she STILL showed us a few model homes and plans and drove us around. She was very friendly and offered us snacks and was never aggressive on trying to convince us. She gave us her business card and said "I know you guys are not interested yet, but I will be here in case you guys need help later" We felt very very comfortable. Well, a few months later, an opportunity came out and it turns out we were finally ready to buy our second house! Of all the realtors we met during all those times we went to look at Model Homes, who was the first one who came into our mind? Sarah Banning! She is the best! And even though she was kind of new to the field, she was very proactive and was calling everyone she knew to try to give us what we wanted on our dream house. She represented us very well and advocated for us through the process when we needed it (no matter the time of the day). If we had to hire a realtor or recommend one to someone, Sarah will be the first choice! No doubt about it. Thank you Sarah! You just didn't become our realtor, we consider you part of the family now. Thank you for making our dream house come true!
