I was an out of town buyer. I contacted Brian saying hey, I want to come and see a house in 2 days. He said no problem. I added more to my list and he made sure we saw them all. Brian was very knowledgeable in helping me place a bid on my house as they received 2 other offers. He was patient and made sure everything went smooth. He wants to see his clients happy in their new home. I really like that despite the fact I had bought other houses in the past, He walked me through the offer/contract. I highly recommend Brian and his team. This was one of the more complicated home purchases I have ever made. Brian helped me make it. I'm not sure I'd have gotton the house with another agent.
