Elizabeth Hall and Brian Hall are amazing realtors! First, I found them on Facebook doing research on realtors in El Paso. They have a Facebook Page named “Fort Bliss PCS PAY-IT-FORWARD”. I’ve read the reviews and recommendations of others! I have decided to reach out to them and explained my situation. They then set up a FaceTime appointment for consultation and then we started working from there. When we first started the process, Both me and my wife were away and not even in El Paso. Elizabeth and Brian assisted us on everything and represented us well. They were very patient showing us listings after listings just to pick the right home for us. We were looking for a new construction home and they gave us lots of options and explained to us every home we were interested in. It was our first time buying a home and with little to no idea on how the home buying process works. Luckily, Elizabeth and Brian were there along the way to educate us! They both were very knowledgeable and familiar with El Paso’s current housing market and with the VA loan process. We’ve been communicating through emails and Facebook Messenger. I had 100% confidence that they were able to take care of us and answer all of our questions. The thing that I appreciated the most is that they educate you on what is going on. For me, it is important to be aware on details and they were able to guide us through it! I’m glad I found them to represent us. I couldn’t have had a better team! They assisted us on everything! From listings, lenders, home inspectors, communicating with the Builder, and even on our home walkthrough! They explained everything from traffic infos, maps, etc. little details like that matters. They never fail to send us updates! I am just grateful for all they did! Elizabeth and Brian, Thank you for your hard work! I appreciate Brian and Elizabeth’s efforts to make sure that we understood every step of the process. In was a really daunting task to find a home from out of state during this insane buying market, but they made it easier. I felt like they went above and beyond to get us video tours of not just the homes we were interested in, but also the neighborhoods. I do think they have room for improvement when it comes to following up on things once an offer has been submitted, but honestly I don’t know how they find enough hours in the day for all they do. They perhaps need another staff member to help handle administrative work. Overall was very happy, and would definitely call them again if we buy another home in El Paso!

We were first time home buyers and purchasing from across the country, sight unseen to our eyes, so we really needed to trust them and their expertise. After meeting with them we could tell they were extremely connected and knowledgeable about the home buying process, the current market, and the El Paso area in general. They took the time to give us a step by step breakdown of both new construction and resale buying. During our search, we worked with both of them on both ends of that spectrum. Elizabeth was well connected with the construction process and with the company representatives. She gave us timely updates and guided us through the necessary steps. That purchase did not pan out so we switched gears to looking at the pre-owned options. Brian and his team were on top of any and all of our questions. They were quick to give any details about listings we inquired about and they did not delay in viewing homes for us and sending us videos. Once we found the pre-loved home we wanted to move forward on, Brian was very supportive and proactive in the paperwork process and making sure we checked all the boxes for a smooth and timely close. He facilitated everything on our behalf that he could with all parties involved local to the home. Overall, we appreciated that they were not pushy, they kept our timeline and boundaries in mind, they were very patient with us when we had a ton of questions, and informative when when didn’t understand a term or step along the way. We truly could not have asked for a better team or smoother purchase.

I worked with my fair share of realtors, and Melissa is hands down the best one out there, and nothing even comes close. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was available for us at any time, including weekends; she was very active and kept us well informed. It comes down to this; there is no need to go to anyone else because she is the best and is always looking out for your best interest. Lastly, she is very kind and easygoing. I highly recommend working with her.
