Brian was an excellent agent, he was always available to talk on the phone or get together in person to answer questions or review documents. He was very patient with my family as we intend to stay in our home for many years and had specific desires. I could not have asked for a better experience. The best part of which was his willingness to show us MANY houses and the fact that once we made an offer he pushed the sellers agent, title company, etc, to do do there jobs efficiently while calling me every 2 or 3 days to keep me informed. i rarely had to call him he was always calling me to just check in. He has even kept in touch after the sell to pass along usefull info that at new homeowner may need. In short, he was very upfront, direct, honest and kept in contact making the entire process much less stressful. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will in the future.

Working with Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal. We were on a short time crunch to find a home. She understood that and was able to set up home viewing within the matter of hrs when we found homes we were interested in. In a short time, she learned exactly what we wanted even when we didn’t know. Elizabeth setup a viewing of two homes she thought we would like and this is where we found our home. What we appreciated most about this entire experience, was her presence during closing. She asked us if we wanted her to be in the room or in the waiting area during closing. We chose to have her in the room with us and we are so glad we did. During the time of us working together she learned our body language and facial expressions. So during the closing when my husband or I made a certain face, she would immediately have the person who was going over the closing documents explain more in detail of that document. Throughout the closing, she continued asking us do we understand or have any questions. She was very vocal for us during closing and ensured we understood each and every document. We really appreciated her for that because it’s a lot of information and paperwork. We greatly appreciated working with Elizabeth and definitely recommend her to anyone whose looking for a home.

Brian and his team did a great job of helping our family find the home that best suited our needs. He was knowledgable about the area, listened to what we were looking for, reaponded promptly, and was peraonable to work with. He is especially adept at working with military families and facilitating the home buying process virtually. He and hos team went above and beyond-even recording a video of my commute to work from multiple homes. Would recommend.

Being knowledgable and up to date with the latest market trends and being kept "in the loop" was very important to me during the buying process. Brian was a very hardworking Agent who always kept me up to speed on what I requested to know. I would receive text updates from Brian after work hours which did not bother me one bit. This allows a buyer to have more time to make decisions and address any concerns. Brian would get me in to see a house that I wanted to see on the same day, even when I thought that it would not be possible.
