•As the title mentions above, we couldn't be more impressed and happy with Alma as our agent as First Time Homebuyers. I tend to take a cautious/pessimistic approach with things, but Alma was there to answer each and every question, putting any doubts I had in the process to rest. I truly appreciate that she was available to us at any time, day or night. When it came to viewing homes, Alma also made herself available to accommodate our schedule. We took a look at more than 30 homes before putting in an offer as we had some guidelines for the home that we wanted. Alma was patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciate that we did not feel pressured into putting in any offers after a couple of months of viewing homes. I truly started to feel as if we were wasting her time because as mentioned above we looked at many homes in several different cities and Alma remained professional, friendly, and accommodating. She encouraged us to just keep an open mindset even though we weren't as active in our search. Then came a house that we saw potential in. We put in our very first offer and boom, ACCEPTED! Even better we purchased below asking price and to add the cherry on top the Appraisal came in 18k higher than purchase. However, the best part is Alma's advocacy in this process as well, as she suggested we offer lower than asking. She saved us a lot of money as she also included Sellers cover termite inspection. Prior to close the Sellers needed to address the termite damage which was excess of $1500 dollars. All in All, we were fortunate to have Alma on our side as we felt comfortable to truly investigate homes during this process. I really feel that Alma went above and beyond for us and that is a feeling that you really cant put a dollar amount to. If you can't tell by this detailed review, I highly, highly, highly recommend Alma to anyone who is in the market for a home. TL:DR - Go with Alma as your agent!
