•Brent Rice assisted me with the purchase of my home in The Legends when it was a foreclosure. He told me back in 2010 that The Colony would be a great place to own property and live. He was right! What I learned about Brent is that he knows what he is talking about because he is been in the real estate business for almost 30 years and has been in our area for the past 15 years. I have used him for several other real estate matters including leasing my home when I had to move out of state for work. He helped me on multiple occasions and always keeps me up to date on the price trends in our area so I know when I need to sell or even look to buy an investment property. I highly recommend Brent. He is very trustworthy and always looks out for my best interests.
