Early October, we asked Mr. Rice to represent us in selling our home. Within 2 weeks of listing our house, we had 2 viable offers. In another 2 weeks, we were at closing. Mr. Rice was always very prompt in answering any questions and guiding us through the process. He was also excellent at listening to our needs and working to meet those needs. When speaking with MR. Rice about selling our house, we conveyed to him that we really needed to sell our house by the end of October, which he accomplished with great professionalism. The entire process went very smoothly. Because of his experience, dedication and excellent negotiating skills, we will most definitely ask Mr. Rice to represent us again should we decide to purchase another property.

Brent Rice is the BEST Realtor in this area. Hard working, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and attentive. We received multiple offers in a few weeks and managed to close the house in less than a month. Brent Rice assisted me with the purchase of my home in The Legends when it was a foreclosure. He told me back in 2010 that The Colony would be a great place to own property and live. He was right! What I learned about Brent is that he knows what he is talking about because he is been in the real estate business for almost 30 years and has been in our area for the past 15 years. We've bought/sold a few houses over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had with selling our home/house. Brent had a buyer for our place about 5 days after it went on the market and we closed about three weeks later and this was late in the year/fall season. We couldn't ask for better results.
