The Complete Realtor

The reason my wife and I are in the ideal home we were searching for is due to our Realtor, Keith Liescheski. A little more than a year before we purchased our current home, back when we were still living in Florida, my wife started looking for available homes for sale on the Internet. She came across Keith’s contact information and spoke with him at length explaining our plans to sell our home in Florida and moved to North Georgia near Atlanta. Keith was very caring and understanding. He took the time to listen as we described the type of home we were looking for, a brick single family ranch home, and where we wanted to live, a quiet off the beaten path neighborhood, but still near to supermarkets and shopping areas. He would send my wife examples of available homes to help identify the specifics of what we were looking for. After we sold our Florida home and moved into a rental, we communicated a great deal with text and email messages. Keith would send us, almost daily, links to available homes to view. And he sent us home his office had listings for, as well as homes listed with other realtors. His focus was on helping us find our ideal home regardless of who the seller realtor was. If we were interested, based on what we viewed from his link, we could Google the address and take a ride to see the home and the neighborhood. If we sent Keith questions, within the hour we either had a response or a direct call to address the question. We worked with Keith for almost 6 months before coming across our ideal home. And when we found our ideal home, Keith walked us through every step of the process, including dealing directly with our mortgage lender to provide the necessary information they needed to finalize and approve our mortgage application. If we had to do this all over again, Keith is the only realtor we would work with. We would Highly Recommend Keith Liescheski to anyone in search of their ideal home because with him, you will achieve your goal!
