From our Day 1 meeting with Tori, we felt confident that we were going to get to home plate with this transaction. We found her to be available just about 24/7 and even though the transaction was made more difficult by a seller with an inflated opinion of her property, Tori used every possible tool available to get the price in line with market. This was a property that was desirable to us for so many different reasons and we were dealing with a seller and her agent who appeared to want to do everything they could to prevent this sale from occurring. Tori had the patience of a saint and kept this transaction moving forward despite the deliberate negative responses from the other side.
