•Our experience with The Real Estaters could not have been better. I flew in from out of State to look at the house, and I didn't have a computer or internet while I was here. I worked with Keith. He worked around my schedule and called me to arrange the details. He met me at his office and we filled out the paperwork for the initial offer. The rest was done electronically after I flew back to our previous residence. I didn't have a lot of time to get this all done, and Keith took care of all of the details including the Title Company. Having to deal with the sale of our house, and purchase a house in another State was stressful. With Keith's help, we were able to coordinate the Close of Escrow on our old house with the Close of Escrow on our new house, and we were able to move in on closing. I didn't think that would be possible. Keith went out of his way to help us as the buyers, while representing the seller. I would not only recommend Keith and The Real Estaters, I will call them if I ever move again. That's the highest compliment I can give.
Keith Nichols is an outstanding real estate agent. He is extremely easy to work with and will customize your real estate needs to meet your desired results. I highly recommend Keith Nichols or anyone interested in buying or selling in the Orofino area. He has brought many years of experience from his successful business in Southern California. He has adapted extremely well to the rural environment of Orofino Idaho. His success in selling multi million dollar homes in southern California and small rural homes in north central Idaho speaks well of his adaptive abilities and professionalism. I have dabbled in real estate for over 50 years, have had many agents, but none better than Keith Nichols. He comes with my highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed dealing with him.
