We moved from Atlanta looking for a change of environment in the Bellingham area. As any out of state move would entail, we had a good share of anxiety whether we would be able find a home that we would enjoy in a completely new environment and finding a realtor seemed like the most important step in relieving that stress. My husband and I are so grateful that we were able to work with Julian and his team. Julian recommended a home/neighborhood that I did not consider at first, but after going over the pros & cons, I realized that he knew exactly what we wanted more than we did ourselves. I am thrilled to say I was wrong and he was right after we moved in and settled down. If you are looking for a realtor who will put 100% out there for your interest, easy to work with, dedicated, considerate, don’t look anywhere else. Oh, I must also add how fantastic the entire team is. Everyone in the office are the nicest people you will ever meet with genuine interest and care with whatever agenda you approach them with. Truly hospitable people. I feel like Bellingham extended a warm welcome to us by connecting us to Julian and his amazing team.

We worked with Julian prior to moving to the Bellingham area to set an agenda so that we could work expediently and strategically when we arrived after the start of the year. Knowing that getting into a home quickly was a priority, Julian had everything set for us when we arrived in Bellingham. We started looking at homes on a Thursday, had a signed agreement by Sunday, and closed on the following Friday. 8 days! All the while, my wife and I never felt pressured to rushed into any decisions. Julian helped us to accomplish exactly what we wanted to do and landed us in a great home. We looked at a lot of homes in a few short days and we actually ended up in the first one that Julian recommended to us. Julian and his entire team have gone above and beyond what you would expect. They are genuinely kind people and great ambassadors for the area. The team is knowledgeable of the region, know the advantages and pitfalls of each section of the city, and are a great resource for finding excellent local assistance for other aspects of moving to a new city. I cannot recommend Julian Friedman highly enough. The team is great and Julian will guide you through the entire home buying process. You will end up in the right home for a fair (or better) price. This is a competitive market, but Julian came through for us and we couldn’t be happier.
