Heading into winter I was reluctant and a tad nervous about trying to sell my home this time of year. Thanks to Chad's dedication, determination, and marketing expertise the results couldn't have been better or anymore stress-free. Chad's positive attitude put those worries behind me quickly. I felt from the start that he had my best interest at hand, and his demeanor put me at ease. He was very patient with my questions and took the time to answer them without making me feel rushed. His knack to communicate would make anyone feel confident through the selling process. It was a very positive experience from his professional mannerism to his unique staging in the beginning through the house inspection all the way to the final signing. I will be referring him to family, friends and whomever is interested in buying or selling a home. Chad explained the whole process, kept communication open. Made great suggestions and took charge of getting the house on the market. He schooled me well on what to expect and what we needed to take care of to get the property ready for sale. Chad took additional steps to circulate the listing and broaden the search for potential buyers. He personally did many of the showings. His honesty, knowledge and work ethic gave me a much lower stress level about the sale process. Chad explained all forms and documents to keep me informed about the sale process and to know what I was signing. Chad is friendly and professional in his dealings with the client. He explained the process in the beginning, kept me informed throughout and followed through with me through the completion of the sale. Chad made the selling of a house as comfortable as it can be. I appreciated his willingness to re-explain how things should be handled or what would be best to do when I forgot what we had talked about before. He was most helpful in supplying a crew to remove the last items we could not sell or donate so the house could be ready to transfer to a new owner. I always felt like I knew what was going on, what I was to do and Chad did what he promised to do. He guided me through offers and aided in the decisions of counter offers to secure the sale. I had total trust in Chad as my realtor. He does become your friend in this challenging process. It was a very good experience working with Chad. I feel like his efforts brought very good value for the property.
