She showed us only the types of houses we wanted, as well as in the price range we were willing to pay. She gave us fun information about the towns in which we were looking for homes. We had very good experiences with her the times we were here from NY looking. She was very helpful in coordinating the logistics of our selling our home in NY and buying the condo in PA. I wasn't feeling well when we got to PA for our closing here, and Gina did the final walk-through for us (I trusted her totally), and even arranged for us to do the closing in our hotel room.
