Marybeth guided me through the process with utmost professionalism and an anundance of information that I was not aware of when it came to selling a home. First class sales agent with integrity tenacity and motivation to get the property sold with the least bit of difficulty. On top of that her and Valerie were wonderful to work with.

Mrs. Tribbitt was very-very helpfull to us - beyond expectations.

MaryBeth and Dana are quite a team!! When you choose Patterson-Schwartz and the "team", you know you're in good hands! MaryBeth was amazing from selling our home to assisting us with the purchase of our new construction. She still continues to contact us and has helped us in so many ways. Too many to list! MaryBeth is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely detailed oriented. She is a professional! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of an agent.

MaryBeth Tribbitt knows how to present a property for sale. She knows how to make it look better than when you were living there. In a market that was about to stall due to increasing mortgage rates, we sold the property above our asking price in 3 days! Other relatives have had the same experience.

Marybeth and Dana always had the correct answers for found the right/correct answer for us.

Marybeth and Dana always hade the correct anwayer

MaryBeth and Dana were excellent from beginning to end. They made the whole process of selling my house easy and enjoyable!! I would def retain them for any future real estate sales. Thanks!!

Mary Beth is 5 Star all the WAY!!! So happy we used her to sell our home and she is also assisting us with the buying of our current new construction. We highly recommend MaryBeth!!

Marybeth did a wonderful job representing us in the sell of our house. She made sure every detail was attended to. Consequently we sold our house in one day with one open house. Needless to say we were extremely happy.

Mary Beth Tribbitt is the best realtor I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She goes above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. She looked at 3 houses for me, since I was moving from VA. She sold a prior property for me and I trusted her judgement as to what I would be happy moving into at my age. She and Dana always respond quickly to phone or internet messages. There is always a follow up call after settlement to insure that everything is good with the new property. In my opinion you will not find a better team in real estate than the The Tribbitt Group. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Marybeth and Dana did an outstanding job. They both were on top of every action I need to submit. In a couple they even coached us along.

MaryBeth and her team were wonderful to work with. They were always available when I had questions. MaryBeth is very professional to work with and very detail oriented. I would recommend MaryBeth to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.
