She helped us get into a house that we rented for 4 years and she continued to reach out to us with small tokens of appreciation and hello’s (even though she made nothing on helping us find a rental). Then we just closed on our first home and she was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful staying on top of all parties to make sure things happened quickly and smoothly.
