Third, Dave organized a crew of repairmen (including painters, landscapers, etc.) to make the necessary repairs and improvements to prepare the house for sale and thereby optimize pricing. Fourth, Dave deftly managed negotiations with multiple buyers. Fifth, Dave followed through on multiple items needed to assure an expedited closing (very hands-on to the end of the transaction).
