Joni and Dennis met with us and clearly went over the steps of selling our home and tried to stay as close as possible to the asking price. Joni and Dennis did everything they promised including, professionally edited photos, 3D Tour set up for home sale. They were prompt and present for our home showings. They were in attendance at the home inspection and appraisal of our home that was to be sold. Whenever called or texted Joni and Dennis answered in a way as to not have myself and husband waiting for too long for a response.
