And the qualities she possesses which make that true are easy to define; they are: competence, experience, exceptional fiduciary diligence for her clients, diligence in handling paperwork, diligence to ensure that loans and escrows are being pushed through the pipeline in a timely manner, and last but certainly not least, she’s a good person who cares for her clients. After my father passed, I called Linda and said that she was my one and only choice to sell my Dad’s home based on her track record in the community. By the time escrow had closed, she was my one and only choice for any property in the desert for the laundry list of exceptional qualities, I previously stated.
