This is honestly the best realtor team in all of the Tampa Bay Area. We have used them many times throughout the years and will always use them for our real estate transactions. I have also referred them to friends and family and everyone is always very happy about their expertise. I would highly recommend them.
Joe was a pleasure to deal with and was key in navigating a complex sale. Joe's guidance was key in closing the sale.
Joe and his team were exceptional from our first meeting to closing day. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and highly professional in all aspects and issues related to the sale. Joe promptly responded to every text and email, and patiently guided us through all phases of the sale. I consulted him on a wide range of issues and found his experience and advice completely trustworthy. Importantly, it was clear that other realtors and required workers knew and trusted Joe as well--all of which made the process easier, more efficient, calmer, and I am certain more profitable. One could not do better in thgis community.
In a time when customer service, knowledge of the marketplace, and professional follow through seems to have vanished, I found Joe to be all of that and more. From our initial meeting to the closing, Joe was present and accessible to guide the process seamlessly. From preparing to list to multiple full price offers in the first weekend, we felt taken care of and in good hands. Joe and his team delivered a very comfortable experience during what is typically a very stressful time.
I selected Joe Lewkowicz to sell my home on Lake Magdalene Cir. because he had just sold a home quickly for top dollars in the same area. When I first meet with Joe I quickly realized how knowledgeable he was in real estate! Joe provided me sound advice on how to price our home. Joe advertised our home using professional photos, creative property description, and a beautiful brochure. Joe's associate Debbie was also very knowledgeable in the real estate market and instrumental in keeping us on track to closing. Debbie did a fabulous job communicating with title company, lender, buyer's realtor and me. I would highly recommend Joe and Debbie for all your real estate needs.
we start to work with Joe since 2019, bought and sold many houses with Joe and his team, they are very professional, who went above and beyound in helping us in any needs,we appreciated all his knowledge with the area. really highly recommend.
Working with Joe and his team was great. Knew the market, were prepared, professional and efficient. Thanks, Joe.
I could not be happier with the friendly professionalism of Joe and Emeri. They were always available when I had a question or needed help. Both are knowledgeable about the current market and negotiated a great price. Wether you are buying or selling I recommend them highly.
Excellent experience. Would recommend without hesitation. Joe and his staff took great care of us. Always responded quickly and solved any issues we had.
Joe and his entire team were excellent to work with. We were well informed throughout the process, every detail was explained to us from listing to closing. Selling our home of 20 years was a big decision. The best decision we made was choosing Joe to sell our home. We were under contract in 3 days. He knows the market and helped us showcase our home. Joe is 100% hands on throughout the entire process. His team went above and beyond our expectations. You are choosing the best if you list or buy with Joe and his team.
Joe responded immediately to my query about selling our home. He came and looked at the home, explained what comparable homes had recently sold for in the neighborhood. Joe further addressed the pros and cons of the home and gave me an estimate of the home's value. Once I listed the home, Joe's communication with me was outstanding - telephone calls, email and text messages. I always felt comfortable and aware of the process. I highly recommend Joe to anyone considering to buy or sell their home.
In 4 words "he is the best". I reached out to Joe almost a year before we actually put our house on sale. He gave his assessment and advice knowing that we were building a new home and would not be ready to hire a realtor for at least a year. He kept in touch with us every 3 months or so for updates on our progress. He is very calm, very confident and a good judge of the property he is selling. He is also a good forecaster. When the market was sliding mid 2022 he told us not to worry about a collapse in housing values as inventory was tight and would remain so unlike in the housing collapse a decade earlier when there was a glut. Working with him, there is no drama just the facts laid out for you and choices to be made. He lets you be the decider. He has a great teammate in Debbie, she dealt with day to day communications and facilitated a very smooth progression to closing. If I have to buy or sell again, I would contact Joe without hesitation.
