Amy Lacy was patient while I narrowed down my preferences, in location, price and housing type. I had to come to terms with reality on all of those aspects. She did her best to fulfill all my requests which where plentiful. The best thing I did was take her recommendation for my mortgage broker -after disappointing interactions with my bank. Her guy, also excelled my expectations was as wonderful as she and her team are. Once my house was found, she was able to get my offer in despite having been on vacation and get me the perfect house. Patterson-Schwartz truly works as a team! I love my house. Through the process she always had my best interest in mind, knew the areas, market and housing pitfalls well and helped me avoid them. I’m never moving again but she is on the top of my list for anyone I know who does.
