I can’t thank her enough for all of the sweat and tears she put into this sale. Trying to sell a property long distance is very stressful and she made the process seamless. She went above and beyond to coordinate services needed to get the home ready and do extra things since ai was not local. She kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to others
Amy and her team where great to work with.
She was with us every step of the way from selling a home, finding us a temporary rental, to the purchase of our new home! I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.
It was such a smooth process buying our first home through Tricia. She was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right house for us. Would recommend her 100%!!
Amy is an extremely knowledgeable agent. There were a few complex factors with the sale of this house and her expertise allowed the transaction to move forward smoothly. We have used Amy several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future!
Amy was great! She is a true professional in her approach to marketing your home. Her marketing materials were excellent and truly depicted our home. The drone pictures had a significant impact on the brochure Amy developed. She was in constant communication with us after every showing and promptly returned all of our messages. Amy kept in contact with us until the house closed and funds were transferred. We would highly recommend Amy.
She was amazing to work with. She made the transaction go smoothly. She was always there when you needed her!
Amy Lacy was extremely helpful and professional. I could not have been more pleased from listing to settlement.
Amy was great - very patient. Joy C. recommended her & she was a great recommendation. We would tell anyone to use her services.
Our agent did her homework, gave us good guidance and provided excellent follow up.
Based on a friend’s recommendation after interviewing 3 agents, we chose Amy Lacy to help us sell our home. That was one of the best decisions we ever made as she did a perfect job. So we encouraged my in-laws to also contract with Amy to sell their house after they interviewed others including the son of a close family friend. Again an excellent decision. This latest sale was complicated by several contingencies and a short timeline. The buyer’s agent was a newcomer and Amy unfortunately had to continually educate her on the process. One time an important document needed to be signed just before settlement. The buyer signed it, and his agent sent it to Amy 6.5 hours later. Amy in turn confirmed the document and sent is to us 4 minutes later. Through email, texting and phone calls, Amy provided us with immediate feedback and advice, including during weekends and July 4th. Professional, personable and prompt, Amy was the ideal agent to work with. We have recommended Amy to a close friend. Her house was contracted immediately upon listing. We are glad that be done with selling homes in Delaware, and will look back upon the emotional times with the positive thoughts of having chosen a wonderful agent to guide us through the process.
