I have bought and sold a few houses in my life. Additionally, my sort of "hobby" is to visit open houses, and at the open houses, my husband and I talk with many realtors because in the backs of our minds, we always think about making another real estate transaction. Dusty stands head and shoulders above all of the other real estate agents I've talked with or met. We most recently purchased two new construction homes. We lived in one for a while. During the purchase process of the first one, I had a realtor, but I mostly went straight to the builder's representative to get things done instead of using the realtor. This second purchase was also a new construction home, but this time I had Dusty. After having Dusty help out with this move, I was amazed at how much more convenient it was to have a realtor help with everything versus just doing it myself like I've done in the past. One time, a "change order" needed to be signed. I was stuck at the house with no ink for my printer, and he printed the paperwork, brought it to my house for signatures, and took it to the builder. Dusty was present at our pre closing walk through and he was incredibly observant about the issues that needed to be addressed. I also made a list, and when I was trying to consolidate my list for the final walk through, I realized that Dusty's list was just as thorough as mine, if not more so, and I could just use his list. Finally, Dusty has been supportive and kind in regard to issues that have come up with the whole process. He's there to lend an ear when I need to rant; he answers questions when things spin around in my head; he's knowledgeable about the whole process. I would never buy or sell another house without first having Dusty in my corner.
