•Mr. Carlton was extremely helpful in the selling of our house. Even after 2 deals went sour because of buyer not getting approved financing, he never lost his focus and diligence in the selling of our property. He was there giving his expertise in the beginning and all the way through till closing. Giving us updates constantly through the process. I would, and have, highly recommended Mr. Carlton to others and they also have been extremely pleased with his performance.
Chad did a great job for us. He kept us up to date with constant contact. He spent many hours doing open houses. We were happy to have a sale with no problems in a couple months. We would highly recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell. Thanks Chad.
