We were looking for a lot to build our new home in Evergreen and were paired up with Erika via a Zillow referral. Even though a lot is not a big earner for a real estate agent, Erika treated us and the whole transaction as if we were buying a multi-million dollar home. She drove us around to various lots in the pouring rain until we ended up at a lot we had in mind previously. When we found there was already offer on the property she advised us on the appropriate counter offer and through her real estate network was able to convey are offer very quickly. She truly helped us obtain the property of our dreams while not overpaying. We would not have been able to do this without her expertise and real estate connections.
