Established in 2016, The Key Team of Carpenter Realtors was created with the belief that "Communication and Education are KEY to a successful real estate transaction!" After working in the in the communication industry for over 35 years, Laura Stevenson gained a vast understanding of the importance of clear, efficient and precise communication and decided to employ this in the real estate industry. After some time in the in the industry, Laura decided that she could better serve clients by establishing a real estate team. Laura then brought Anne Rhinehart into the fold because Anne also works as a full time educator and understands the importance of working alongside clients and educating them about the real estate process. Anne's background in education pairs wonderfully with Laura's extensive understanding of the communication industry and the importance it plays in life's transactions. Laura and Anne share a common set of goals in assisting their clients to have a successful, well informed, and easy transition into the next chapter of their life as they buy and sell their home. Both women were raised on the south side of Indianapolis, and they have a deep regard for the community and culture of the area.
