•Jena helped us with planning our house after we had seen the model homewhich I loved alot and the area that we would be building in which was beautiful, they are stand alone townhouses in Monticello MN, which impressed my husband and me, so we were not attached to anyone else.and they also have walking paths which we were interested in because we have a six pound Yorkshire Terrier Precious that we wanted to take on walks, which we do every day at least twice a day. We have met other people in our townhouse area which is very nice, as we are 81 years young this year.
