Joel has been helping his clients with their residential real estate needs since 2004. He and his team continue to embrace the latest technologies in the real estate industry while understanding the importance of getting to know their clients one person at a time.

Sarah joined The Joel Svoboda Team in the summer of 2016. As a Client Care Specialist and Buyer’s Agent, her goal is to coordinate the many required steps and make the client’s experience stress-free and positive. Sarah is finding that real estate is a perfect fit for her interests and talents, and feels fortunate to be part of this dynamic team.

As a Client Care Specialist and Buyer’s Agent, Sarah enjoys helping clients maneuver through the many different stages of the transaction process to successfully get to closing day. Sarah aims to take the stress out of the selling/buying process, and takes pride in helping our clients start the next chapters in their new home!
