Amy Grossman helped me look at numerous places when I decided to relocate. She is so knowledgeable about Windsor Gardens, which is the area that I decided to choose for my new home. Not only did she help find the right floor plan for me, and negotiate a good price, she also assisted me in finding the right contractors to start the remodeling process. When finished, it will be the retirement home that I was hoping for. Everything about the purchase went smoothly and Amy has answered every question. I don't plan on ever moving again, but I would call Amy if I ever needed to buy or sell a property in the future.

I felt she had her finger on the pulse of Windsor Garden sales and good reasons for why my home was priced as it was. We started with agreeing on the sale price which was realistic, she listened to my needs and wants and concerns; she walked with me every step of the way and kept me informed. She helped me ready it, then came and "staged it" for pictures. We had an open house, and that's where/when I sold it for its full price. We agreed with the buyers on the closing date and all went according to plan. She was always available when I needed her, cheerful and available. She made it painless and was always a big support.
