•Kimberly was a great help to a new home buyer. She provided an external view that helped me hone in my search and identify what characteristics were truly important to me in a house. She provided insight and coaching throughout the process, from the initial search through closing, that put me at ease and gave me a clear idea of what to expect along the way. She was considerate of my impressions of a house, but was quick to say when a property was not a good buy, citing concerns that I may have missed. All in all, she was great to work with, accessible, and professional. Will definitely keep in touch and work with her again.
