Lori Gee and her assistant Marie did a stupendous job in selling our cherished home. She had a finger on the market pulse from the get go. She provided quick insights into potential buyers' thought processes etc. She used her contacts to quickly spruce up the home and stage it. Even when on vacation outside the country, she constantly communicated with us directly and indirectly through her assistant, Marie, moving the negotitations along very smoothly. The house sold in under a week. The entire process from meeting with Lori to prepping, staging, listing, negotiating with the buyer and closing took less than a month. Lori was there at closing, of course, to seal the deal. She was wonderful to work with and we would have no hesitation in using her services if needed again.
Lori is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. She put in the effort and money to help us make our house look good to potential buyers. She provided us with information and made suggestions but allowed us to make all final decisions on offers, concessions, etc. We had two contracts fall through due to buyer issues. Lori had new sales offers to us within 48 hours of each contract that fell through. We had a positive experience working with her and cannot say enough good things about her.
