Simply put, Brody and Josh made our dream of owning a lakefront retirement home come true

Simply put, Brody and Josh made our dream of owning a lakefront retirement home come true. We first came across the Finigan group thanks to their impressive and extremely informative YouTube videos of the Charlotte real estate scene. One call later, we were hooked up with Brody. Brody is a stellar, over-achieving real estate agent. This was our 3rd home buying experience and Brody absolutely reshaped my thinking on the role and the importance of a great agent. He has so many incredible personality traits and skills for this job. He listens extremely well, he’s level headed, logical, easy to talk to, excellent communicator, technologically savvy (and only forwarded homes that he knew would be of interest), has a client first attitude and repeatedly made himself available whenever we needed (for calls, for bouncing ideas, to look at a home, whatever we needed), he never rushed or pressured us, he’s always positive, always supportive, thoughtful, and just an all-around good guy. Since we were home searching from afar, we requested video conferencing for some home “walk through” as well as videos of some homes in advance of our being able to visit - his videoing is professional level (and was invaluable for us). His interactions with sellers and sellers agents is outstanding, including his written communications. We had a number of complicated requests and significant indecision throughout this process - Brody made everything happen and nothing ever phased him. We honestly cannot recommend him more. We are definitely friends for life now and can’t wait to have him over and go jet skiing together. Thanks again Brody, for everything! You are amazing!
