Deborah is excellent at what she does, even more, I am afraid the word excellent is short to describe her work as a Real estate agent. She went above and beyond to get the best possible, option for us, she did a thoroughly review of the property, the area, the comparables, the market, to offer us the best selling strategy. She guided us step by step throughout the entire process, without putting pressure on us. She took the time to make sure we were working as a team preparing the house for sale. She gave us a list of tasks to perform, then she came home and did a walk thru with us to inspect for details that we could have missed, she helped us rearrange certain things to look better, then she gave us options for pictures and video, giving us her input.
