•House hunting is already stressful enough, agents shouldn't be. We were out there, with a budget and looking for a 3 beds and 2 bath house we can start with. Some days we with go around 4-5 houses a day once or twice a week bec of our busy schedule. He was there adjusting for our availability and needs. He would directly tell us if the house is a must or not. Almost 2 months of looking for our house, we got the deal, even after the inspection, he was there explaining all the things that was found. Sherwin is intellectual enough, friendly who shares knowledge to a first time homeowner like us, Dependable, he was there from day 1 to closing and inspection, blessing and all. Wouldn't ask for any better agent than him.
