one word-- AMAZING!--- Jessica is one of those rare professionals whom I seek out, not pushy and extremely organized and an all around excellent consultant. We started working with Jessica from a non-referral basis January 2020 and into COVID-19 we bought our "dream house" April close 2020. Most appreciate Jessica for her patience and easy going attitude when it came to looking at houses..she was never late, always on time when showing us a house in the competitive market! What makes her amazing, is your timing is your timing to buy / sell....Jessica did not once put any pressure on us to make decisions. Kylee has been the best realtor to work with! She sold my house (quickly and perfectly priced) and got me my dream home. I have worked with realtors before and none of them have been as committed and commutative as Kylee, she always kept me in the loop with what was going on and is extremely quick with responding back. We could not have asked for more from Jessica in our house selling and buying experience. She went of our way to help us through the process of deciding to sell, helped us identify options, weigh pros and cons, etc. and she made her self available to provide recommendations on which projects/purchases were necessary (or not) to get the best value for our home. The sale of our home was a rollercoaster of emotions due to issues with offers, buyers, inspections, etc. (no fault of Jessica's) and she helped us navigate each obstacle as they arose with professional expertise while consistently keeping our nerves calm. Our home buying experience was seamless and we are now in the house of our dreams, pinching ourselves and wondering when we are going to wake up! Jessica and her team were always professional, communicative and responsive to all of our questions and concerns and we were always a step ahead at providing us with the next steps, documentation, etc. Throughout the closing process and even after, Jessica went the extra mile to meet with an Inspector when we couldn't, coordinate the escrow signing around our schedules, and made sure to attend our Builder orientation meeting to ensure our home would be perfect for us when we finally got the keys. We are so thankful for Jessica and her Team and would recommend her to anyone.

Jessica was amazing to work with! She was always so attentive and readily available when a house went on the market that my husband and I wanted to go see. As a nurse, my schedule is a little different, there were times Jessica would meet us at a house late at night, just so we could be the first ones there! Buying a house is obviously a stressful time, Jessica was so good at calming our nerves, explaining the process to first time home buyers and communicating with other agents in a timely matter. We thoroughly appreciated her honestly and commitment to helping us find the perfect place! She is the best, we high recommend her!

Kylee was so amazing! She responded to texts/e-mails within minutes of them being sent. She had amazing knowledge of the process which she was fantastic at communicating. Her local knowledge saved us a bunch of money; she even compiled us a list of local contractors that she trusts which we will definitely be going with. We can't say enough good things! Her cheery attitude (but still fierce negotiation techniques) were indispensable. 10/10 would use again.
