•Shawn and Tiffany are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable every step of the way in the home buying process. We found them from their very informative and enjoyable videos. They were quick to respond to questions or concerns. When the home builder was hard to reach, they made sure we got the information we needed. We moved from Alaska to Arizona and they stepped in for us when we couldn’t be present in the construction phase . They sent video updates that really helped us see how the house was coming along. They gave us lots of helpful suggestions about the area, where to hike, things to do… and made us feel very welcomed to our new hometown. We asked for suggestions on pest control, plumber, ceiling fans… and they always had some good suggestions. They also came to the walk through and were great at catching little things that needed to be addressed. During the process, we had confidence in their opinions and knowledge in so many areas… garage door openers, flooring, you name it, they were quick to get back to us with answers and suggestions. We have moved several times and the Danleys are by far the most friendly and helpful realtors we have had. They took a lot of stress out of the process and helped everything go smoothly. They are about 10 stars out of 5!
