•My family and I relocated from Toledo and Cathy was referred to us by our relocation company. When we met her we knew that she was THE ONE that we wanted to help us with the sale of our largest asset - our home. She was very knowledgeable about the Toledo housing market and provided us with a fantastic strategy to sell our home for the best possible price. Knowing this we decided to move from the area early knowing that Cathy and her team were on the case! Cathy and her amazing team staged our home perfectly, pictures were high quality and the marketing campaign included websites, internet, Tik Toc videos and Facebook ads. Team Cathy watched over our house in our absence like it was her own. Several times I "caught them" at my home keeping things neat and even mopping the floors after a buyer forgot to remove their shoes upon entering. When it came to the time to receive an offer she was right there with us to guide us on the negotiation process. After we closed on the house and everything was done she contacted us to make sure that we had received the funds from the transaction. Cathy and her team were there from the beginning to the very end. If I could give her 100 stars out of 5 I would certainly do that. She was fantastic and my family and I were very lucky that she was referred to us.
